DETAILS OF THE PRIZES AND HOW TO ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES ARE CONTAINED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO CANNABIS PRODUCTS WILL BE AWARDED AS A PRIZE.

Official Rules. These are the official rules (“Official Rules”) for the “FAR & DOTTER GALAXY OF SAVINGS SWEEPSTAKES” (the “Sweepstakes”).  Participation in this Sweepstakes is expressly subject to and governed by these Official Rules. By entering or otherwise participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound fully and unconditionally by these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes, and to comply with all applicable rules and regulations.

Sponsor has the right to reject and disqualify you for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, including, for example, if the Sponsor or its agents determines that your entry fails to satisfy the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, or is inconsistent with the image, reputation or policies of the Sponsor. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

Sponsor. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Far & Dotter, P.O. Box 5470, Towson, Maryland 21285. More information about Curio Wellness may be found at https://fardotter.com.

Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are (1) at least 21 years of age at the time of entry, and (2) legal residents of Maryland. Proof of legal age, residency and other eligibility verification may be required. The following persons are not eligible for this Sweepstakes: employees, officers, directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they reside).

Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, July 6, 2025, and ends at 9:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, August 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Successful submission of all required information shall be considered an “Entry” and the person submitting the Entry, the “Entrant.” Any Entry submitted after 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, August 31, 2025, will be considered void.

How to Enter this Sweepstakes. During the Entry Period, there are two methods of entry:

1.) Galaxy of Savings Map Completion & Submission:

1. 1. During an in-person visit to a participating Far & Dotter Wellness Center located at either 2060 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093, 330 E. Pulaski Highway, Elkton, Maryland 21921, or 1852 Reisterstown Road, Suite 100, Pikesville, Maryland 21208 (each, a “Location”), a participant may obtain a Galaxy of Savings map from a patient care advisor or another authorized employee. During the Entry Period, a participant must earn and collect all the mission stamps to complete their Galaxy of Savings map for entry.
   2. Earning “Mission Stamps”. A participant in the Sweepstakes collects mission stamps by completing one of the following activities:
   3. Using a “LIFT OFF-er” (an offer redeemed by a discount code or a discount found in a participant’s Far & Dotter digital reward wallet); or
   4. Completing one of the missions sent out weekly by email, text, and push notification. Missions will fall into one of four buckets: (1) a LIFTOFF-er (as described above); (2) social media action; (3) meeting a purchase criterion; or (4) completing a fun engagement activity. When a mission stamp is earned, a patient care advisor or another authorized employee will mark the participant’s Galaxy of Savings map with a stamp.

Once a participant’s Galaxy of Savings map is completed, participant (now deemed an Entrant) may submit their completed Galaxy of Savings map with twelve (12) stamps to a patient care advisor or another authorized employee at the Location, with their full name and contact information. Entrants must provide all requested information to enter; incomplete or inaccurate entries will not be eligible to win. More information about the Location may be found at https://fardotter.com/.

2.) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Entrants may send an email to dispensaryfeedback@curiowellness.com, with the subject line “GALAXY OF SAVINGS SWEEPSTAKES”, and include the following information for valid entry: full name, email address, and mobile phone number. In the alternative, Entrants may fill out a hard-copy form at a Location by requesting a form from an authorized employee of at the Location, available at the check-in counter of the Location.  Such form shall include the following information for valid entry: full name, email address, and mobile phone number.  Each hard-copy form entry may be handed to an authorized employee of the Location for submission.  This AMOE is limited to one (1) AMOE per calendar day and maximum entries of two (2) per Location during the Entry Period.

All Entrants are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize can be awarded. All Entries become property of Sponsor. Sponsor is not liable for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, incompletely received, mutilated, or illegible, for any reason.

Entries made via either method (1) or (2) will result in one Entry.  Limit two (2) Entries per Entrant per Location during the Entry Period, regardless of the method of entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to, and at its sole discretion may, reject any Entry for failure to comply with these Entry requirements. Entries will not carry forward for any future sweepstakes, promotion or entry period.  All Entries must be received no later than the end of the Entry Period.  Entries that do not include all required information or do not adhere to these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be considered void.

Data rates may apply if an Entry is submitted with a mobile phone or other Web-enabled device using your wireless service provider’s network. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.  

Prize Drawing and Odds of Winning: At the end of the Entry Period, three (3) potential winners, per Location, will be selected from each participating Location via random drawing held on or about Thursday, September 4, 2025, from all eligible Entries at each participating Location. One (1) Prize of the Three (3) available Total Prizes will be awarded to an eligible Entrant who is a resident of the State of Maryland and determined from the random drawing (each, a “Winner”).  The determinations of Sponsor, including the selection of three (3) Winners, per Location, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries during the Entry Period. 

Prize. The first verified Winner will have the option to choose from three (3) available prizes: (1) a $250 gift card to any Location; (2) a Puffco Peak Vaporizer; or (3) a premium Curio Wellness Swag Bag (each, a “Prize”). The second verified Winner will have the option to choose from the remaining two prizes. The third verified Winner will receive the final available prize. If a Winner cannot accept the Prize as specified or rejects the available Prize(s), the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will attempt to award to an alternate winner.  The estimated total retail value of each Prize is less than $300.00.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, with no cash redemption or substitution, except that Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, city, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) on the value of the Prize, and, if applicable, will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of the Prize.

The Prize is awarded “As Is”. Neither Sponsor nor any of its affiliates make or offer, and hereby disclaim, any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or the Prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Winner is prohibited from reselling the Prize.

By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize you may win, Winner agrees that he, she or they has all rights, permissions and consents necessary to grant the rights to the Sponsor as expressed herein and will abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s determinations.

Winner Notification and Verification: Winner will be notified by email by the Sponsor on or before Friday, September 5, 2025. Each potential Winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification email within forty-eight (48) hours of it being sent (unless a different timeframe is indicated in the official winner notification email). If a potential Winner fails to respond to the notification email within the stated period, the potential Winner may be disqualified and, in such instances, will forfeit any claim to the Prize. Awarding of a Prize is subject to verification of a potential Winner’s eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. To claim a Prize, Sponsor may require Winner to complete, sign, and return certain verification or release forms, including a Liability Release or Publicity Release, and other applicable documents, if necessary, and such forms must be returned to Sponsor’s representative within forty-eight (48) hours of the date on the notification. At Sponsor’s discretion, Winner may be required to produce a government-issued ID or some other form of proper identification to claim any Prize.

If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, fails to timely sign and return any required forms, or if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate Winner will be selected by random drawing from all remaining eligible Entries. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of Prizes be awarded.

Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at fardotter.com and to be contacted by telephone and/or email. Sponsor reserves any and all rights to solely interpret and administer these Official Rules which shall be final, and each Entrant agrees to abide by all Sponsor determinations regarding this Sweepstakes. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Representations and Warranties. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant represents and warrants that:

(a) all information provided by you in connection with this Sweepstakes is truthful, current and accurate; and

(b) you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules; and

(c) your Entry conforms to these Official Rules.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any Entry for any reason, including if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way. Sponsor in no way promotes illegal acts, and any and all Entries which include or promote illegal acts will be disqualified. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the allowed number of entries per person by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void any entry by that Entrant and could result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes and/or disqualification

from all future sweepstakes by the Sponsor and at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS:  By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective successors and assigns including parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and such companies’ owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, loss, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, injury, death or damages with respect to or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of the Prize or the use of any photo, video or entry. As a condition to entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that under no circumstances will the Entrant or Winner be permitted to obtain any award for, and the Entrant and Winner hereby waive all rights to, any claim(s), punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages whatsoever, including attorneys’ fees. All causes of action will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. In no event will any Entrant or Winner be entitled to rescind this agreement or seek an injunctive or any other equitable remedy.

The Released Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the processing of Sweepstakes entries, administration of this Sweepstakes or the announcement of the Prize/Winner including, without limitation, any technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

The Released Parties shall not be responsible for acts of God, government or government agency action or inaction, acts of terrorism, civil unrest or disturbances, riots, work stoppage delays, postponements, inclement weather, rescheduling of events or any other natural disasters outside its respective control.

Disputes. Entrant and Winner agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes and the Prize awarded shall be resolved solely by Sponsor, shall be final and binding, and without resort to any form of class action.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND, EXCLUDING CONFLICTS OF LAWS PRINCIPLES. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. ENTRANTS IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES HEREBY CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND FOR ANY CAUSES OR CONTROVERSIES ARISING OUT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING ANY CLAIM IN, OR TO REMOVE ANY ACTION TO, THE FEDERAL COURTS, AND HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF SUCH FEDERAL COURTS. WINNER WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, Winner grants to Sponsor, and their respective advertising/promotion agencies the right to use and publish Winner’s photo, image, name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, video image and audio, and/or other indicia of persona and city and state of residence in any media to promote this Sweepstakes or similar sweepstakes or contests without further permission or additional compensation.

Use of Data. Sponsor may be collecting personal data about Entrants including, without limitation, complete name, zip code, email address, and daytime phone number (including area code) of the Entrants and/or Winner. Sponsor is entitled to use personal data contained in all entries in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, including for the purpose of sending marketing text messages or emails to the Entrants or Winners from Sponsor or its affiliates. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) located at curiowellness.com. Entrant agrees that Sponsor, or its designee, has the right to contact Entrant by telephone, email, or regular mail. Entrant may opt-out of receiving future communications as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s emails).

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AND/OR WINNER HEREBY AGREES TO SPONSOR’S COLLECTION AND USAGE OF HIS, HER, OR THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS SET OUT IN THE PRIVACY POLICY AND IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ADDITIONALLY, EACH ENTRANT AND/OR WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE, SHE, OR THEY HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES, INCLUDING HIS, HER, OR THEIR RIGHT TO UNSUBSCRIBE TO MARKETING TEXT MESSAGES OR EMAILS AT ANY TIME.

General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes for any reason, including, but not limited to, if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of this Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s ability to award Prize as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process or the integrity of this Sweepstakes), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prize(s) in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT.

No Waiver. The failure of Sponsor to assert any right hereunder, or to insist upon compliance with any term or condition of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of that right or excuse the subsequent performance or non-performance of any such term or condition by Entrant or constitute a waiver of Sponsor’s right to enforce these Official Rules.

Sweepstakes Results. Sweepstakes results and copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending an email to dispensaryfeedback@curiowellness.com. Requests for results must be received within sixty (60) days of the end of the Entry Period. The requested list will be sent when the drawing(s) have been conducted and the Winner determined and verified.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other social media company where any advertisement of this Sweepstakes is posted.
