Get Ready! Adult Use Launches July 1st.
Starting on July 1, all adults 21 years and older will be able to legally buy and consume cannabis in the State of Maryland. F&D’s hours will be 9am-8pm on July 1 – hooray!
Here are four things to keep in mind for a seamless shopping experience:
- Bring a government-issued ID as proof that you are 21 years or older.
- Adult use customers will be limited to purchasing 1.5 ounces of flower, 12 grams of concentrated cannabis, or edible products containing no more than 750mg of THC. You may purchase a combination of these products, but it cannot exceed the total limit per customer. Don’t worry, we’ll do the math for you at checkout!
- Adult use customers will not be able to purchase edibles over 10mg per serving or concentrates such as shatter, wax, hash, rosin and others. They will be able to purchase vapes.
- Speed up your checkout time by registering for our loyalty program and placing an online order before you come to shop!
What does this mean for you as a medical patient?
- F&D will continue to prioritize medical patients by providing dedicated check-out lanes.
- You will not pay taxes on your purchases.
Most medical patients will have a higher allotment than adult use customers. - High-dosage edibles above 10mg per serving and concentrates such as shatter, wax, hash, rosin and others will be reserved for medical patients only.
